做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
