做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
