做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
