做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
