做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
