做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
