做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
