做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
