做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
