在这个时节该(gāi )如(rú )何调理养生?宋曙(shǔ )霞认(rèn )为,在饮食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃有芬芳(fāng )气(qì )味的蔬菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿等,以疏肝柔肝。另外,俗(sú )语称“春日吃春芽”,也就是(shì )说这个季(jì )节可吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比如(rú )豆芽、蒜苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴苣等,禁食或少(shǎo )食辛(xīn )辣刺激食(shí )物,以免肝火上(shàng )炎。
