做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
