做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
