做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
