做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
