做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
