做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
