做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
