做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
