做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
